We're a constituent of the FTSE 250 group of companies, our property portfolio will be worth c.£2.9 billion on completion and we have 129

properties from Aberdeen to Plymouth with dedicated hospitality teams in all our properties 24 hours of the day.

We're the leaders in this sector and pioneered the establishment of student accommodation as an asset class within the Real Estate sector.

We also have a unique operating division, UNITE Modular Solutions, the leading European manufacturer in off-site build solutions. Since its inception UMS has supplied over half of our growing portfolio.
